Tecno-Gaz studied a new filing system called STERILDOCS.

Each owner of a medical device is obliged to periodically evaluate its efficiency by adopting procedures defined by the manufacturer, by current standards or directives.

For autoclaves there are specific tests and control systems defined by directives, regional laws and regulations. The tests certify the value and efficiency of the equipment and must be archived and kept preferably for 10 years, as the professional's responsibility expires precisely after this period.

The STERILDOCS is a sector container divided as follows:

DVD support section Operating protocols
Instruction section Written protocols including sterilization tests
Study and equipment data sheet section
Section where all the study and autoclave data are recorded.
The paper is watermarked, it does not allow modifications or corrections
Archive section is divided into sectors, identified with specific graphics that allow you to easily archive each test, highlighting the date, cycles, etc.

Archiving is simple, rational, orderly and allows you to organically manage all the tests of each autoclave.
