• For breakage during transport: Returns for breakage will be accepted within 24 hours of receipt. • Other returns: If, when you receive your order you are not satisfied, you have a period of fourteen (14) days, counting from the date of receipt, to execute the right of return.
- Unused article. Complete, seal intact, not used, without stains, original box, not tampered with, in perfect condition. 100% will be refunded, except shipping, return and handling costs.
- Article Used. Opened seal, opened packaging, used, tampered with, incomplete (missing accessories), counters displaying excessive use, etc. It will be returned between 50 and 80%, except shipping, return and handling costs (depending on the status of the product, the amount or non-acceptance of the return will be studied).
- Articles of hygiene, personal care or made to measure or to order. No refunds.

To be inserted into the package sent for refund: manuals or instructions, accessories or promotional gifts included in their case. The guarantee of the products sold by ALMAMEDICAL WEB ESPAÑA SL is provided and established by virtue of the regulations contained in current legislation, in particular, in the aforementioned R.D. 1/2007, article 114 and following, legal framework that aims to provide the consumer with different options to demand the resolution when the acquired good is not in accordance with the contract, giving the consumer the option to demand the repair or replacement of the good, unless one of these is impossible or disproportionate.

Consumable parts such as batteries, cables, batteries, bulbs, fuses etc. are not covered by the warranty together with accessories.

In the event of a defect caused by misuse, the repair will be billable.
To make use of the guarantee, it will be necessary to previously notify our post-sales service department, and no good that has not been previously authorized for exchange, return or repair will not be accepted in our warehouses.
The guarantee is addressed only to the owner (contractual party) that appears on the invoice and only the owner may demand it.
The guarantee will lose its value: - If some of the data of the same or of the proof of purchase are modified, altered or replaced. - If the guaranteed appliance itself is manipulated or repaired without the knowledge of the Technical Service. - If you do not have an invoice. - In case of voltage surges or connection to an inappropriate voltage. The cancellation of an order processed by the client, in the manufacturing or import process, will entail covering all expenses such as transport, customs expenses, etc. ALMAMEDICAL WEB ESPAÑA SL reserves the right of admission and cancellation of any order, being able to return the amount paid by the client and being exempt from any other obligation.
