HOW TO BUY ONLINE?

Buying online is very simple. Just follow the steps below:

View the product that interests you. With just one click you can see the description and the enlarged photo of the product, availability, reference and price.

Add the units of the product you want to the shopping cart. You can then continue adding products or proceed to finalize the order.

If you want to continue shopping, repeat the process, and if you want to finalize the order click on "GO TO CHECK OUT".

At this point, you must be registered or enter your user details in order to place the order. If you are not registered yet, please do so. Once you have entered your user details, check that they are correct and click "Save" and then click on “GO TO CHECK OUT"

Review all the order details and if everything is correct, accept the terms and conditions and click on "GO TO CHECK OUT"

Select the payment method: Visa, Master Card, Maestro, PayPal, bank transfer or deposit in our account.

Then you will see your order number and you will receive by email the order acknowledgement. You can also print the order from that same page.

How can I make sure that I placed my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive the order acknowledgement by email. If you do not receive that email, access the "My account" section on our website. There you can review all your data as well as the history of your orders.

How can I know the status of my order?

Go to the "My account" section and, in the left column, find the "My orders" section. You will be able to see the status of your order.

I forgot what my password is, how can I retrieve it?

If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it by clicking on “Forgot your password?” that appears on the "LOGIN" page. You will receive an e-mail with your new password at the address you provided when registering.

When do I know that I will receive my order?

You will receive an email when your order will leave our warehouse.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

Our company only sells products that new and in perfect condition. However, if you receive a defective product, access the "POST-SALES" section and explain the incident so that we can manage the issue as soon as possible.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

If on any occasion, by mistake, you receive a product that you have not ordered, access the "POST-SALES" section, and explain the incident so that we can manage it as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order is processed, in the manufacturing or importing process, this will entail covering all transport costs, customs expenses, etc.

What form of payment can I use to make my purchase?

We have the following forms of payment: Visa, Master Card, Maestro, Paypal, bank transfer or deposit into our Santander Bank account.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the web?

Yes, the data is transmitted in SSL encrypted form. For payment with Visa and MasterCard, only SET (Secure Electronic Transaction) transactions will be accepted. After verifying that the card is attached to the SET system, the system will contact the bank that issued it so that the buyer authorizes the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the card will be charged. Otherwise, an erroneous order will be issued and you will receive an email accordingly.

For what reasons can my credit card be rejected?

Can I get an invoice in the name of my company?

Yes. You just have to mark the option "company" in personal data and there fill in the required tax data field.

CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Registering at Almamedical.es is free. The client will have access to their personal data through a password and may change the data at any time. The client is not obliged to register and can unsubscribe at any time. The information we receive when a registration is made is completely confidential and only Almamedical.es S.L will have access to the data.

SHIPPING COSTS

You can check the shipping costs by adding the products to the shopping cart and then selecting the destination area.

The shipping costs depend on the volume of the products, the weight and the shipping area.

NOTE: The transport of large volume goods such as stretchers, display cabinets, etc. does not include a stair climbing service. Consult the price of additional services through the contact form.

The price of the products includes neither the installation nor and the assembly of the products – if any.

For areas outside mainland Spain, destination customs charges and area taxes are not included.

Almamedical.es is not responsible for withholdings at customs. In the event that the customer refuses to pay the corresponding import taxes, the goods will be held in their respective customs. Returns will not be accepted.

IMPORTANT: In the event that at the time of delivery by the carrier, a lack of conformity or goods visibly damaged is observed, this fact must be stated on the delivery note of the carrier and inform Almamedical.es SL immediately or within 24 hours after receiving the damaged goods by contacting the Almamedical.es SL post-sales department. In any case, it is recommended to always verify that (1) the goods have been delivered in perfect condition and (2) to always write “COMPLIANT UNLESS CHECKED” on the delivery note of the carrier to be able to claim later. If not, the carrier will consider compliant the delivery of the product.

DELIVERY TIMES

* For products NOT AVAILABLE in stock, delivery time may vary between 4 and 15 working days. Check the delivery time through the contact form. If you need the material urgently, check the delivery time by either sending us an e-mail (info@almamedical.es) or by filling in the contact form. Delivery time may vary due to manufacturing or import issues. The approximate delivery times are from 5 to 10 working days and upon receipt of the payment into our bank account.

NOTE: the delivery times indicated by Almamedical.es are for guidance only. Our company will do its best to respect these deadlines. However, should any delay happen, no order cancellation or compensation requests will be considered.

NOTE: It is very important for bank transfers or deposits into our bank account to indicate in the “SENDER” or “ORDERING” field the name of the end customer and in the “SUBJECT” field the order, quotation or invoice number.

PRICES

The prices that appear on the webpage are valid only for orders placed through the webpage. The selling prices in effect at the time the order is placed are those that appear on the screen, except for typographical errors. Outside Spain, the prices will indicate the Value Added Tax (VAT) equal to zero. Should there be any taxes at customs, the customs clearance costs and import taxes will be paid by the customer.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

RETURNS

No returns will be accepted without our prior consent. In any case, it will be understood that the User / Buyer has become aware of the right of withdrawal from the entry into the Webpage, which requires reading and acceptance of the General Conditions, and from the moment the order is placed.

• For breakage during transport: Returns for breakage will be accepted within 24 hours of receipt. If the product is visibly damaged, do not accept the product and let us know immediately to claim it to the transport agency within the first 24 hours. After the first 24 hours, ALMAMEDICAL.ES SL will not be responsible for the damages caused during the transport of the merchandise.

• Other returns: If, when you receive your order you are not satisfied, you have a period of fourteen (14) days, counting from the date of receipt, to execute the right of return.

- Unused article. Complete, seal intact, not used, without stains, original box, not tampered with, in perfect condition. 100% will be refunded, except shipping, return and handling costs.

- Article Used. Opened seal, opened packaging, used, tampered with, incomplete (missing accessories), counters displaying excessive use, etc. It will be returned between 50 and 80%, except shipping, return and handling costs (depending on the status of the product, the amount or non-acceptance of the return will be studied).

- Articles of hygiene, personal care or made to measure or to order. No refunds.

Note: Shipping and return costs are paid by the customer, in addition to bank charges and product review. The product must be perfectly wrapped, packed in its original packaging and protected to avoid damage during transport. The shipping address to send back the good(s) is as follows:

Otherwise, neither the insurance of the transport company, nor Almamedical.es will be responsible for the damages caused, being the sole and exclusive responsibility of the client.

To be inserted into the package sent for refund: manuals or instructions, accessories or promotional gifts included in their case. Once the good has been received back at our warehouses, and after checking the status of it, the amount will be reimbursed according to the payment method made by the customer.

WARRANTY

The guarantee of the products sold by ALMAMEDICAL WEB ESPAÑA SL is provided and established by virtue of the regulations contained in current legislation, in particular, in the aforementioned R.D. 1/2007, article 114 and following, legal framework that aims to provide the consumer with different options to demand the resolution when the acquired good is not in accordance with the contract, giving the consumer the option to demand the repair or replacement of the good, unless one of these is impossible or disproportionate.

In the event of lack of conformity of the product, a period of two years is recognized for users and a period of one year for professionals and freelancers, from the moment of delivery and for the buyer to enforce their rights.

However, only in the 6 months following delivery will it be presumed that the lack of conformity already existed at the time of delivery, corresponding to the buyer to prove that the good was non-compliant, in accordance with article 114 and following of the R.D. 1/2007.

After the first 6 months from the invoice date, the equipment to be repaired must be sent postage paid by the customer. ALMAMEDICAL WEB ESPAÑA SL reserves the right to verify that the defect has been caused by manufacturing failure or misuse.

Consumable parts such as batteries, cables, batteries, bulbs, fuses etc. are not covered by the warranty together with accessories.

During the repair or review period, the company will not replace the product and will not incur any compensation. ALMAMEDICAL WEB ESPAÑA SL reserves the right to request from an official technical service of the brand, a verification of the origin of the problem.

In the event of a defect caused by misuse, the repair will be billable.

To make use of the guarantee, it will be necessary to previously notify our post-sales service department, and no good that has not been previously authorized for exchange, return or repair will not be accepted in our warehouses.

The guarantee is addressed only to the owner (contractual party) that appears on the invoice and only the owner may demand it.

The guarantee will lose its value: - If some of the data of the same or of the proof of purchase are modified, altered or replaced. - If the guaranteed appliance itself is manipulated or repaired without the knowledge of the Technical Service. - If you do not have an invoice. - In case of voltage surges or connection to an inappropriate voltage. ORDER CANCELLATION

The cancellation of an order processed by the client, in the manufacturing or import process, will entail covering all expenses such as transport, customs expenses, etc. ALMAMEDICAL WEB ESPAÑA SL reserves the right of admission and cancellation of any order, being able to return the amount paid by the client and being exempt from any other obligation.
