The 3M Red Dot 2269T electrode is disposable, rectangular in shape with incorporated cable.

It has the following features:

plastic support: Guarantees excellent conformability to the baby's body and complete impermeability to liquids.
The transparency of the support allows you to check the state of the baby's skin at any time to avoid any type of irritation.

The low thickness of the electrode allows to minimize interference with the surrounding environment.

The electrode is applicable to both peripheral and precordial and, if necessary, their dimensions can be reduced by cutting the terminal part.

high quality adhesive:
It has been specially designed in 3M laboratories to be used on the extremely sensitive skin of newborns: it is a highly hypoallergenic conductive adhesive gel that allows very long-lasting monitoring (up to 15 days), which can be repositioned up to 4-5 times and that leaves no residue after removal (thus avoiding skin cleaning at the end of monitoring).

built-in cable:
It is thin and flexible, eliminates pressure points on the patient and avoids false alarms due to accidental disconnection of cables. The cable is also completely radiolucent and therefore does not introduce disturbing elements during radiographic procedures, allowing the electrodes not to be removed and therefore not to interrupt the monitoring of the newborn. The length of the cable is 53 cm.

radiolucent sensitive element:
It allows you to keep the electrode in place during radiographic procedures, without this interfering with the result. The product does not contain rubber latex or natural rubber.
