DSK-1031 has the essential features to make cardiac measurement easy and simple to use, increasing its detection reliability.

The device inflates the cuff just enough to detect blood pressure and heart rate using the oscillometric method.

The inflation with the oscillometric method (with Fuzzy logic of interpretation of the data found during the measurement) allows to avoid the constriction of the arm and the consequent discomfort in the patients.

To improve the reliability of the measurement, often influenced by the way the bracelet is worn, DSK -1031 will detect whether the bracelet has been worn correctly or not with a special alert symbol. During the measurement, the rhythm of the impulses can be disturbed by movement, even just speaking, or even due to arrhythmias.
These drawbacks are detected by the device so that the measurement is repeated.

In addition, DSK-1031 detects the Pulse Pressure (shown with "PP" on the display), ie the difference between the systolic and diastolic ones, an important reference index of arterial stiffness and, therefore, an indicator of circulatory risk.
