Surgical masks resistant to liquid splashing, composed of a layer of polyethylene mesh and three non-woven fabric, rolled sandwich.

Each layer is structured for the specific function for which it is intended: fluid splash resistant, protective, filtering, anti-macerant.

AFLUID® enhances its features in high-risk pollution situations: an additional layer formed by a polyethylene film with hexagonal structure makes the mask resistant to potentially contaminated liquid splashes, a possible route of transmission of infectious viruses.

IIR type surgical mask, according to UNI EN 14683: 2014.

AFLUID® is a Class I medical device, self-certified by the Italian Ministry of Health.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

• 4 layers:

First coating resistant to liquid splashing - polyethylene mesh with hexagonal structure

Second colored outer layer: cellulose and polyester, with oriented fibers

Third filter layer - polypropylene fibrill blown melt

Quarta inner layer anti-maceration - polypropylene - polyethylene (in contact with the face)

• Bordes: hypoallergenic white polypropylene

• Dimensions - weight: 98x180 ± 3 mm - 3.5 g

• Filter efficiency (B.F.E.): 95% according to UNI EN 14683: 2014
