Magnetofix are low frequency magnetic therapy devices for outpatient and home applications.
The working frequency is variable
from 2 to 100 Hz, the magnetic field is selectable from 5 to 30 Gauss (for MAGNETO 30) and from 10 to 80 Gauss (for MAGNETO 80).

The main effects of low frequency magnetic fields are: Anti-edema / Antalgic / Anti-inflammatory / Regenerative and are applied
mainly in:

Traumatology: pseudarthrosis and delayed union of fractures, fractures at risk of pseudarthrosis, lesions of the
soft parts (bruises, sprains, burns, etc.), district algodystrophy.
Rheumatology: degenerative rheumatism, inflammatory rheumatism,
fibromyalgia rheumatism, aseptic bone necrosis.
Angiology: peripheral arteriopathies, sores and ulcers.
Neurology: musculotensive headaches,
postherpetic neuralgia.
Dermatology: psoriasis, ichthyosis.
Endocrinology: senile and postmenopausal osteoporosis.

The magnetic field produced is of the impulsive type, the rapid variation of the field induces in the patient the electromotive forces that determine
the stimulating currents.
The intensity of the magnetic field is reached by modulating the actuation time of the circuit delivering the current in the
transducer.
This current is monitored by an electronic surveillance circuit which ensures its accuracy.

The apparatus incorporates a
sound and visual magnetic field detector. Two plane transducers can also be connected at the same time, in this case the
field generated by the single transducer is about half of the total one.

The supplied transducers are made with soft material for a longer
comfortable application and are equipped with slots for fixing with elastic bands. The two polarities North (N) are indicated on the transducers
and South (S), in order to use them with a coherent or repelling chained magnetic field.
